We’re proud to have our work featured in a recent article in The Bath & Wiltshire Parent, about the Williams family, who entrusted HS Roofing & Construction Ltd with replacing the roof on their beautiful Bath stone home.
After years of patchwork repairs and increasing leaks, the family decided it was time for a full roof replacement. They turned to us after researching local companies, and we were delighted to help.
“We loved everything about our home, but we couldn’t ignore the issues with the roof any longer,”
said homeowner Sarah Williams.
When we assessed the roof, we found significant deterioration and poor insulation. Our recommendation: a full replacement using materials that would preserve the home’s traditional character while improving energy performance.
We provided the Williams family with a clear, detailed plan, ensuring they understood every step. Sarah described the experience as reassuring:
“From the start, the team was incredibly professional. They explained everything clearly, and we felt confident that we were in good hands.”
The job was completed in under two weeks. The family immediately noticed the difference – no more leaks, better insulation, and a beautiful new look.
“It’s been such a relief,” said Sarah. “We no longer worry every time it rains, and we’ve already noticed a difference in our energy bills. Plus, the new roof looks fantastic!”
